About The Role
We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Junior Recruiter to join our growing HR team. In this role, you’ll help us find, engage, and hire great talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to first day.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is organized, tech-savvy, and excited to build a future in talent acquisition.
What You’ll Do
Talent Sourcing & Recruiting
- Post and manage job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and recruiting tools.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep our applicant tracking system (ADP WorkforceNow) accurate and up to date.
- Track recruiting activity and help identify ways to improve our hiring process.
Employer Branding & Early Talent
- Support career fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events.
- Help build relationships with colleges and talent communities.
- Assist in creating engaging social media content to showcase our culture.
- Support internship and early-career hiring initiatives.
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Help deliver a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with new hire documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling.
- Serve as a friendly, responsive point of contact for candidates.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people grow their careers.
