What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Proactively engage with relevant companies to identify their specific hiring needs and consult them on talent requirements through strategic outreach and tailored pitches.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, fostering ongoing client engagement.
• Talent Sourcing: Actively headhunt, cold call, and network to identify top-tier, passive candidates who possess niche skills and experience, matching them effectively to client needs within a specialized market and geographic territory.
• Hiring Process: Facilitate the connection between clients and top talent by managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial candidate introductions and interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
• Post-Placement Support: Conduct post-placement follow-up to ensure a successful and lasting fit for both the client and the candidate, ensuring long-term success.
