• Pay: $16–$20 hourly
• Mission: This person will primarily own the successful placement of candidates and the fostering of strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruitment Support: Assist with the full recruitment life cycle, from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Candidate Interviews: Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for various roles.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and job candidates through exceptional customer service.
• Client Support: Actively engage in staffing services, understanding and effectively matching client needs with suitable candidates.
• Process Coordination: Support all aspects of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with foundational skills in recruiting, hiring, and staffing services.
• Experience: Prior sales knowledge or experience, alongside excellent customer service skills.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a significant advantage.
