Junior Project Associate Intern | iRadar
The Tone:
This is an internship at iRadar, within the Project Management Team. iRadar is seeking a dedicated individual to support its project operations. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth administrative and coordination processes across various project tasks, contributing directly to project success and timely delivery.
The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Team: Project Management Team; reports to the Project Manager.
• Mission: To support project team members and the Project Manager by coordinating tasks, preparing documentation, and managing operational logistics to ensure project efficiency.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), other office software.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Project Operations: Assist project team members with cross-functional tasks including purchasing, warehousing, and deliveries.
• Facilitate Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project schedules and task requirements are met.
• Document Project Activities: Prepare essential project documentation such as meeting minutes, user manuals, Gantt charts, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Aid Project Manager: Assist the Project Manager with project follow-ups and tasks involving team members.
• Maintain Office Resources: Manage and maintain office stationeries and equipment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or an Engineering field. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Familiarity with the project development cycle.
• Skills: Analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational and time management skills, including task prioritization; strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
