What You’ll Actually Do
• Compliance Oversight: Lead real-time monitoring of the SFMTA ticket queue, strategically assign tasks to field teams, and ensure all city reports are resolved within strict SLA windows to maintain compliance and prevent fines.
• Team Development & Support: Onboard, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff, facilitate new team member integration, and provide constructive performance feedback to warehouse leadership.
• Warehouse Operations Management: Support a safe and efficient warehouse environment, operate equipment like push carts and pallet jacks, manage battery inventory, and ensure vehicles are ready for market demands.
• Operational Performance & Improvement: Identify and share best practices to enhance efficiency, assist warehouse leadership in tracking key performance indicators such as repairs per hour and backlog, and report operational or product-related issues.
• Field & Customer Engagement: Participate in Lime events, provide valet services, conduct safety reviews, support investigations into customer complaints, and perform additional tasks like safely operating a Lime van to support operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 1 year of professional experience, such as an internship or entry-level operations role, with exposure to operational processes and workforce management.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg frequently; experience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart.
• Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication in English; a safety-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to take on increasing responsibilities; ability to understand data for cost optimization and operational efficiency; familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bonus: Experience in continuous improvement to enhance service quality; where required, Lime will coordinate forklift certification.
