What You’ll Actually Do

• Performance Analysis: Systematically analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by diligently tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for optimization.
• Team Development: Provide support and mentorship to entry-level team members, helping them integrate into the team and grow their foundational marketing skills.
• Leadership Cultivation: Actively participate in opportunities to develop advanced leadership and comprehensive business management skills, preparing for future roles.
