Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to exciting projects that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, creative) and external vendors (e.g., agencies, printers) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Manage and regularly update content on company websites, ensuring accuracy and relevance, and actively engage with our audience across various social media platforms.
  • Support the successful organization and promotion of company events, engaging webinars, and industry trade shows, handling logistics and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and meticulously report on the performance of various marketing initiatives and campaigns, utilizing data to provide insights and support future strategy.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a familiarity with marketing software or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter) and fundamental digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, content marketing, email marketing).
