Job Description:

This is a developmental opportunity for active-duty military personnel separating from the military through the DOD SkillBridge Program. This is an unpaid internship offered to active-duty military personnel only. While a duration longer than 150 days is preferred, it’s not a requirement.

As a Junior Integrations Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent support to team members and customers of Kolme Group. You will act as the front line to support integration solutions to unique business problems. The Junior Integrations Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development of strategic support solutions for existing application infrastructures and ensuring service level agreements are achieved.

Measures of Success & KPIs:

• Utilization: Meet billable utilization targets each month.
• Profitability: Maintain project profitability by adhering to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Client Satisfaction: Deliver support service level agreements on hosted integrations with the Kolme/Client relationship in good standing.
• Personal Goals: Completion and/or satisfaction of personal goal as established by management.
• Invest, at minimum, 5 hours of Professional Development per quarter.

SkillBridge Disclaimer:

This position is only available for Active-Duty military who are approved from their Chain of Command to go through a transitional program within the last 180 days of their service and understand that Kolme Group does not provide compensation through this process.

Minimum Requirements:

• A High School Graduate
• Microsoft Office proficient

Desired Education and/or Experience:

• A two or four-year degree from accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; completed or in-process is preferred, but not required
• Experience in code writing, any language, with a basic understanding of the fundamentals of code writing is required
• Strong candidates will have knowledge of and/or previous experience with any number of the following areas (highly preferred but not required)
• Technical support/troubleshooting
• Conduct research into applications, integrations, issues and products updates
• Linking of cross-functional applications
• Knowledge of API protocols
• Operating systems (Linux, Microsoft, Apple)
• Programming languages (JavaScript, Ruby and Python)
• iPaas or middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Zapier, Make)
