What You’ll Actually Do
• Schedule Preparation: Prepare various accounting schedules, including those for doubtful accounts, employee bonuses, depreciation, and amortization.
• Accounts Management: Assist with invoice preparation and manage accounts receivable collections.
• Operational Support: Support recurring finance functions such as payroll, insurance, financial filings, audits, month-end close, and accounts payable.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare financial analyses under guidance and assist with budgets, forecasts, cap table, and equity management.
• Executive Administration: Provide administrative support to the CEO, COO, Financial Controller, and Head of Finance, handling sensitive information confidentially and supporting board meeting preparations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field, with basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in junior finance or accounting roles, including experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Skills: Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, an analytical and data-driven mindset, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the capacity to operate autonomously and take initiative.
• Bonus: Experience with Ramp or other payroll platforms is helpful.
