Junior BSA/AML Compliance Analyst I | Kforce

The Tone:
This is a contract role at Kforce, located in Miami, FL for a prominent client. This position is crucial for minimizing the company’s exposure to risk and ensuring all activities adhere to both internal standards and external legal/regulatory frameworks. The role supports the company’s reputation by actively managing compliance and regulatory risk.

• Mission: Ensure company activities comply with necessary rules, regulations, legal, and regulatory standards to minimize compliance and regulatory risk.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Monitor various activities to minimize the company’s exposure to risk.
• Analyze: Perform quantitative analysis, risk identification, and support remediation efforts.
• Support Reputation: Represent or support the reputation of the company to minimize compliance and regulatory risk.
• Resolve Issues: Resolve issues and ensure strict adherence to both company and legal standards.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all company activities comply with necessary rules, regulations, and legal/regulatory statutes and jurisdictions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role or possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the listed responsibilities.
• Experience: 2-3 years of industry experience required, specifically in Transaction Monitoring & Alert Review, Alert Investigation and Documentation, and Unusual Activity Escalation and Reporting.
• Skills: Bilingual in Spanish/English (written & verbal) is required, along with strong knowledge of AML/Financial Crime Regulatory frameworks.
• Bonus: Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
