Junior Analyst (Part-time) | Amentum

This position is critical for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of case file data, directly supporting investigative efforts that are vital to national security.

• Mission: Support investigative efforts under the DHS contract through critical data verification, analysis, and case file enhancement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Verification: Perform preliminary verification of Case File data to ensure foundational information is accurate before the investigative phase begins.
• Data Extraction: Execute data extractions and download intelligence products from the NISOS Ascend platform for subsequent comparative analysis.
• Discrepancy Analysis: Conduct detailed gap analysis by comparing internal ICE-provided data against NISOS investigative results to identify discrepancies or corroborating evidence.
• Case File Enhancement: Enhance case files with critical context and evidentiary documentation, including residential verifications, official vital records, and employment history.
• Quality Control & Submission: Perform self-directed quality control checks using standardized checklists and package completed Case Files for submission to Mid-Level Analysts for secondary review and processing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 4-5 years of administrative-related experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly involving data management, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
• Skills: Mandatory ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance; strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality control; proficiency in data verification and comparative analysis.
