What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Model Support: Support the definition, development, and update of the Group financial data model.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with quarterly closing and financial reporting processes.
• Transformation Contribution: Contribute to the implementation of future CFO and finance transformation processes.
• Accounting Principles: Support the integration and adoption of new accounting principles and practices.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. This is an entry-level professional role focused on core accounting processes and financial statements.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Skills:
• Advanced English proficiency
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good understanding of accounting processes, general ledger functions, and financial statements, including knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards.
• Bonus:
• Understanding of insurance regulations and Solvency II requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP GL / Tagetik.
• Previous experience within a Big 4 environment.
• Italian language skills.
