What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile: Accurately reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Reports: Prepare various financial reports to provide clear insights into client finances.
• Payroll: Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with proficiency in bookkeeping and general accounting practices, including a solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar industry-standard tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail; excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client rapport; basic understanding of payroll processing and tax compliance regulations.
• Bonus: An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role is a significant advantage.
