Job Description:
Murphy’s Naturals is seeking a motivated and focused IT Intern to join their team for the summer. This internship offers real-world experience supporting day-to-day tech operations. The intern will assist with equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, and data entry, especially during the transition from Fishbowl to NetSuite as their inventory and business management system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to minor IT requests and provide first-level support to team members.
• Assist with equipment setup and management (computers, cameras, etc.).
• Help troubleshoot basic network and hardware issues.
• Support data entry and system transition efforts as we move from Fishbowl to NetSuite.
• Organize and maintain IT equipment and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements.
