This Investor Relations Analyst position is crucial for supporting ongoing capital raising and investor relationship efforts, offering significant exposure to senior leaders and the investment business, which provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth within real estate investing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Investor Reporting: Prepare and distribute investor reporting and performance materials to stakeholders.
• Due Diligence Support: Assist in the completion of RFPs, DDQs, and other essential investor due diligence requests.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the firm’s CRM database to ensure accurate investor and prospect information.
• Marketing Collateral: Support the creation and maintenance of marketing presentations, pitchbooks, fundraising materials, and investment collateral.
• Investor Engagement: Coordinate investor communications, assist with ongoing relationship management, and help organize investor meetings and events.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with an interest in real estate, private markets, and institutional investing.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience within investor relations, fundraising, asset management, private equity, real estate, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Also, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bonus: A team-oriented mindset with a strong desire for long-term professional growth within the real estate investment sector.
