What You’ll Actually Do
• Support the acceleration of affordable climate investments in Montgomery County, Maryland.
• Contribute to making energy efficiency, clean energy, and climate-resilient solutions more accessible and affordable.
• Assist in leveraging innovative partnerships and private sector capital to achieve the Green Bank’s vision.
• Prepare and communicate ideas and information, both quantitative and qualitative, for various initiatives.
• Engage in the process of spearheading clean energy investments to foster a sustainable future.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student in an undergraduate or graduate program. Candidates should be working towards a degree in environmental science, policy, management, engineering, architecture, energy studies, economics, finance, real estate finance, accounting, business management, urban planning, or agricultural economics.
• Experience: Experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Skills: Collaborative, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, effective in communicating ideas and information, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Experience in community outreach or advocacy, project management experience, credit underwriting experience, and an understanding of general accounting principles, real estate finance, environmental science, and sustainable strategies.
