The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Play a key role in projects such as company valuation, strategic advisory, and the execution of debt and equity offerings for corporate clients.
• Financial Analysis: Develop advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, and detailed industry research in coordination with internal teams for financing or sale initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, expectations, and financial goals to propose appropriate investment banking solutions.
• Business Development: Generate new ideas and identify opportunities to expand the bank’s client base, acquire new business, and champion sustainable finance opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness, including risk mitigation and control strengthening.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level as an Assistant Vice President with expertise in Investment Banking, specifically within the Healthcare Corporate Finance sector.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience contributing to large deal and transaction execution for corporate clients, with direct exposure to Healthcare Corporate Finance.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and the preparation of confidential investor presentations. Possesses strong analytical capabilities for financial assessment and critical skills in risk and controls, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
• Bonus: Prior live deal experience, highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven capacity to present complex, multi-layered ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
