• Mission: This role owns the coordination of all Investment Banking related transactions, providing a full suite of support functions from scheduling and material preparation to complex roadshow logistics and stakeholder liaison, ensuring smooth deal execution.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Roadshow Management: Proactively organize, thoroughly manage, and seamlessly facilitate all deal-related roadshows, spanning both physical and virtual capacities. This critical function involves meticulously building daily marketing schedules and precisely coordinating meeting times, ensuring feasibility based upon detailed travel logistics, investor demand, and client availability. Responsibilities also extend to coordinating all virtual meetings and diligently maintaining the internal roadshow schedule system.
• Meeting & Conference Coordination: Provide comprehensive assistance with scheduling all internal and external meetings and conference calls. This includes leading and scheduling key internal conference calls to ensure that all pre-closing requirements for equity and equity-linked securities transactions have been fully met. Furthermore, actively assist with the extensive preparations required for leading industry conferences.
• Material Preparation & Information Flow: Prepare essential daily itineraries, comprehensive investor profiles, and detailed meeting planners in a timely and accurate fashion. Efficiently manage and respond to all incoming requests for information, either independently or by accurately directing them to the appropriate person or department, while consistently keeping all team members informed about project status, progress, and relevant daily activities.
• Stakeholder Liaison & Issue Resolution: Coordinate all Investment Banking related transactions by actively liaising with syndicate members, legal counsel, and investors. Continuously maintain contact with other external settlements partners to diligently identify, thoroughly research, and effectively resolve any complex issues that may arise during the transaction process.
• Executive Interaction: Serve as a crucial point of contact and liaison for C-Suite management teams, particularly in person during physical roadshows when management is present in the office. This involves providing direct support and ensuring their smooth participation in critical deal events, managing sensitive and confidential interactions.
