The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Execution: Support the execution of live transactions for the Healthcare coverage team, including the preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations, and the analysis of key attributes of client companies.
• Financial Application: Apply financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods and principles to evaluate and execute acquisitions, financings, and equity raising transactions.
• Model Development: Develop and apply advanced financial analyses and models to support transaction evaluation and execution.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal teams and external partners as necessary to facilitate transaction processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. The role requires core domain knowledge in Investment Banking & Capital Markets, specifically within the Healthcare sector.
• Experience: Candidates must have experience providing quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity follow-ons, and investment grade and leveraged finance debt offerings, all within the Healthcare sector.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong financial modelling skills, along with clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include Series 79 and 63 licensing, experience performing detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses on public and private companies, and performing in-depth company and industry research to support live deal execution and pitches.
