Intern – Finance Excellence | Labcorp

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Collect, validate, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure: Make certain that financial data is accessible for reporting and decision-making processes.
• Assist: Contribute to data governance and documentation efforts, including mapping data sources and supporting data quality checks across finance systems.
• Prepare: Develop dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and presentations that help improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level. Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) are preferred.
• Experience: Familiarity through coursework or hands-on experience with financial analysis, statistics, or data management.
• Skills: Foundational skills in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, clear communication, willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Bonus: Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
