The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Perform financial modeling, valuation evaluation, and extensive industry research to thoroughly support client engagements and inform strategic recommendations.
• Client Presentation: Prepare comprehensive pitch books, client presentations, detailed investment memorandums, and timely market updates for various stakeholders and internal communication.
• Relationship Guidance: Assist senior bankers in guiding and nurturing relationships with private equity firms, asset managers, and other financial sponsors, identifying client goals and challenges.
• Strategic Evaluation: Evaluate sponsor investment strategies, portfolio companies, fundraising activities, and market trends to assess financial, legal, and operational risks and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Custom Solution Design: Design and communicate customized solutions that effectively address specific client needs and objectives, incorporating a range of products and services from the bank’s portfolio while negotiating beneficial terms.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with ample understanding of financial concepts, markets, and investment fundamentals.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders; highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of guiding multiple priorities; considerable evaluative and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
