• Mission: Lead core workstreams across active sell-side M&A and capital raising mandates, contributing meaningfully to client outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Drive core workstreams throughout active sell-side M&A and capital raising mandates.
• Build: Construct and manage detailed financial models, including 3-statement operating models, DCFs, LBO analyses, and transaction models.
• Draft: Prepare client-ready materials such as Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), management presentations, and buyer lists.
• Oversee: Review and ensure accuracy and efficiency of analyst work and deliverables.
• Analyze: Perform rigorous industry, financial, and valuation analyses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Investment Banking Associate with direct exposure to sell-side M&A processes.
• Experience: 3-4 years of full-time investment banking experience.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling proficiency, exceptional analytical, communication, writing, and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Bonus: Ability to obtain Series SIE, 79, and 63 licenses after joining the firm.
