What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist senior investment professionals with finding, evaluating, and monitoring diverse real estate investment opportunities.
• Model: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and cash-flow projections for potential investments.
• Document: Prepare essential transaction materials including investment summaries, offering packages, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate: Partner with internal teams such as asset management and accounting to facilitate the successful execution of deals.
• Research: Conduct market research and keep internal databases current with relevant economic and real estate performance metrics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience in Investment Banking as an analyst or associate is required.
• Experience: Familiarity with core financial modeling concepts such as IRR, DCF, and NPV, along with the capability to perform advanced quantitative analysis.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively, and a self-starter with solid problem-solving abilities.
