Investment Analyst | Link Logistics

The Tone:
This is an early career role at Link Logistics, a leading operator of last-mile logistics real estate established by Blackstone. This position is vital for supporting the Investments team in underwriting, evaluating, and executing disposition opportunities across Blackstone’s US Industrial Portfolio, offering a strong foundation for a career in real estate investment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Opportunities: Underwrite, evaluate, and execute potential disposition opportunities across Link’s national portfolio using Argus and Excel-based financial models.
• Conduct Market Research: Track key market trends, including lease and sale comparables, to inform and support investment decisions.
• Prepare Internal Materials: Create and finalize models and comprehensive materials for internal review and presentation to Blackstone’s Review Committee.
• Support Due Diligence: Assist in all aspects of due diligence for awarded deals, which includes document review, financial validation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate Transaction Execution: Support the Dispositions team throughout the transaction process, from preparing marketing materials to coordinating closing activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required by June 2026 or earlier, with a strong academic record and demonstrated interest in real estate or investment analysis.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in finance, banking, investments, or related fields, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus Enterprise (AE).
• Skills: A solid understanding of financial concepts such as time value of money, return on investment, and discounted cash flow, combined with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Preferred majors include Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines from a top-tier university, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, and a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to work.
