What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Contribution: Contribute to real client projects, gaining hands-on experience in financial services.
• Mentorship: Receive structured mentoring and coaching from experienced professionals at all levels.

• Professional Development: Participate in professional development sessions and firm-sponsored events.
• Principle Application: Apply a solid understanding of basic accounting principles in practical work settings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (Junior, Senior, MAcc, or MBA student level). Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience: Demonstrated solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Capability to manage time, stay organized, and adapt to varied environments.
• Bonus: Interest in pursuing CPA licensure.
