The Tone:
This is an internship at FreeGame, with locations available in Remote, Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC, and Los Angeles, CA. FreeGame is an athlete management and representation organization built on lived experience. This role is designed to develop the next generation of sports business leaders, offering a fully immersive program where interns contribute to real work that moves the needle within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute to Operations: Embed yourself within a real sports organization and perform meaningful work that directly impacts FreeGame’s objectives.
• Receive Mentorship: Work directly with FreeGame team members, receiving guidance and support in your specific area of focus.
• Gain Exposure: Acquire firsthand experience in athlete representation, brand development, and event operations across multiple sports verticals.
• Build Your Network: Develop a professional network and create a portfolio of work directly applicable to future career opportunities.
• Pursue Employment: Position yourself for a potential full-time employment offer upon successful completion of the internship program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently entering your senior year of an undergraduate program and are a current or former competitive athlete (varsity high school or collegiate).
• Experience: No specific years required; 0–2 years in sports, marketing, events, or business preferred.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, adaptability, ability to manage multiple priorities, and capacity for independent execution.
• Bonus: Majoring in Sports Management or a related field.
