The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Subaru of America, located at the Subaru Headquarters in Camden, NJ, and other locations across the United States. Subaru of America Inc. is the distributor of Subaru vehicles in North America, dedicated to providing quality vehicles and fostering positive customer and community relationships. This program offers a valuable opportunity for students to gain real-world experience related to their major, contributing to meaningful projects and collaborating with experienced professionals. Interns will build valuable skills, establishing a strong foundation for launching professional careers and enhancing their marketability within their chosen fields of study.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level internship for students actively pursuing a Bachelor’s (Junior or Senior year, with Seniors planning to pursue a Master’s) or Master’s degree. Must maintain active student status for the entire internship duration. Relevant majors include: Accounting, Advertising, Automotive Technology Management, Business Analytics, Business Management/Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Corporate Social Responsibility, Cyber Security, Engineering – Electrical, Engineering – Mechanical, Film Production, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, International Business, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Multimedia Journalism, Public Relations, Project Management, Risk Management, Sales, Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required for specific internships involving company vehicles.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective interaction with all organizational levels. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
