The Tone:
This is a paid 10-week internship program at Cobb Technologies, located in Glen Allen, VA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute Projects: Work on meaningful projects, completing them from end-to-end within your 10-week session.
• Learn Collaboration: Participate in shadowing opportunities to understand how different Cobb departments collaborate.
• Receive Guidance: Meet regularly with your assigned mentor and departmental leaders for guidance on your work and professional development.
• Engage with Teams: Take part in team-building conversations and informal learning opportunities with employees across the company.
• Participate in Workshops: Join your intern cohort for dedicated workshops and shared learning moments.
• Showcase Achievements: Deliver a final presentation highlighting your completed projects and accomplishments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college student pursuing a relevant degree.
• Experience: Not specified as a prerequisite.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, enjoyment of contributing to team goals, organizational abilities, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative.
