What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Contribution: Engage in hands-on projects that directly contribute to Cosm’s company goals, gaining practical experience that builds your professional resume.
• Leadership Engagement: Benefit from valuable access to Cosm leadership, including the CEO, offering unique mentorship and learning opportunities.
• Professional Networking: Actively build your professional network by connecting with fellow interns, a dedicated intern buddy, teammates, and leaders from various departments across the organization.
• Skill Development: Participate in dedicated career skill training sessions, designed to cover best practices for job applications, effective recruiting strategies, and successful interviewing techniques.
• Presentation & Planning: Advance your presentation and planning skills through practical application and involvement in key initiatives, enhancing your professional capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Ideally, a Junior or Senior student at the start of the program, indicating progress towards a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in immersive technology and content, reflecting curiosity and engagement with Cosm’s core mission.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration, alongside keen attention to detail for thorough and accurate work.
• Bonus: Must be available to work onsite in a hybrid capacity, committed to 20 hours per week during the defined internship period, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
