What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Operations: Assist with accounts payable/receivable and data entry for artist accounts.
• Tour Expense Tracking: Help monitor tour expenses, per diems, and nightly settlements to maintain budget compliance on the road.
• Royalty Statement Review: Support the team in organizing and thoroughly reviewing royalty statements from various sources like streaming, publishing, and physical sales.
• Record Management: Assist with document organization, scanning, and digital filing to ensure all client records are accurate and audit-ready.
• Industry Research: Conduct special research projects pertaining to current industry trends, tax compliance requirements, or insurance policies for touring entities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Music Business.
• Experience: Genuine interest in the entertainment industry and an understanding of the critical role of financial operations in its success.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, numbers-focused, trustworthy regarding confidential information, and collaborative in a team environment.
