About the Role
This is a full-time, 10-week internship program designed to give rising senior students real-world experience within the telecommunications industry, contributing to meaningful projects. Interns will work alongside their department team and an intern peer group, with about 80% of the schedule dedicated to department and team-focused projects and 20% on professional development and networking. Interns will be active members of our operations team, taking direct ownership of meaningful work that influences how customers experience our brand every day and empowers customer service representatives.

What You’ll Do
• Be at the forefront of incident response triage and advanced troubleshooting support, helping to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.
• Assist in guiding change management processes that ensure smooth technology rollouts without causing disruptions.

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM related major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math).
• Have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in your current program.
• Have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
• Have the ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Possess analytical skills.
• Possess verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess project and time management skills.
• Have the ability to collaborate well with others and are self-motivated to drive results.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
