What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support day-to-day operations and active projects within your assigned department.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the full homebuilding lifecycle and how different teams work together to deliver high-quality homes.
• Participate: Participate in meetings, site visits, and team discussions to gain practical insights into the industry.
• Contribute: Contribute ideas and insights to improve processes, efficiency, or the customer experience.
• Develop: Gain experience across company culture, receive on-the-job training, and engage in professional development, including volunteer events and team-building activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college, university, or technical program, pursuing a degree related to their field of interest, covering areas such as residential construction, land development, marketing, technology, accounting, finance, or community engagement.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required; this internship is designed for learning and growth, though prior experience can be helpful.
• Skills: Curiosity and eagerness to learn; Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment; Effective time management and ownership of assigned work.
