This is a full-time International English Teacher role at English 1, located across various cities in China. What You’ll Actually Do
• Classroom Instruction: Conduct engaging and interactive English lessons for young learners aged 3–16 within an immersive classroom setting.
• Curriculum & Tools: Deliver high-energy lessons effectively, utilizing English 1’s award-winning curriculum and designated digital teaching tools.
• Student Development: Provide constructive and actionable feedback to students, focusing on their progress and actively fostering their confidence in English language skills.
• School & Cultural Participation: Actively participate in various school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs to enhance the overall learning experience and community spirit.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional or recent graduate possessing a bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• Experience: No prior formal teaching experience is required; English 1 provides comprehensive induction training, all necessary teaching materials, and ongoing support for new teachers. This opportunity is well-suited for recent graduates, individuals pursuing a career change, or existing ESL/TEFL-certified teachers looking for overseas roles.
• Skills: Candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in education, a passion for travel, and an openness to cultural exchange.
• Bonus: While not strictly mandatory, having an ESL certification (such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is advantageous, and English 1 offers sponsorship for candidates to obtain this certification.
