Internal Claims Administrator Intern – Ken Garff Automotive Group

We are actively seeking an Internal Claims Administrator Intern who is enthusiastic about contributing to the company’s growth and assisting in the management of claims across our Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, and Property Insurance programs.

• Attention to detail is paramount for accuracy in claims management.
• Excellent communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
• Previous experience in any facet of the insurance and claims process will be highly beneficial in this role.

Core Responsibility:

This is a part-time internship (20-30 hours per week) focused on learning to manage and resolve insurance claims filed under our Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, and Property Insurance policies.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Assisting in the management of the claims intake process through our online Insurance Portal.
• Learning to effectively interact with care providers, claimants, insurance adjusters, and brokers to facilitate claim resolution.
• Acting as a liaison between the Corporate Risk Management team and local dealership personnel for all insurance claims.
• Performing essential data entry and analysis tasks.
• Contributing to report building to track and analyze claims data.
