Co-op Audit | Federal Express Corporation
The Tone:
This is a full-time Co-op position at Federal Express Corporation, hybrid in Memphis, TN. Federal Express Corporation is a global logistics company that connects people and possibilities worldwide through its comprehensive portfolio of shipping, transportation, e-commerce, and business services. This Co-op role provides hands-on experience in internal auditing, allowing you to apply academic knowledge and develop practical skills in a professional environment. You will contribute to risk assessments, audit procedures, and the development of internal audit reports, playing a key part in improving business processes and customer experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Solutions: Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts on the business and/or customer experience.
• Audits: Assist in the performance of financial, operational, and information systems audits and special projects.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of formal reports and presentations of audit results for senior and executive management.
• Interviews: Conduct interviews with all levels of personnel as required to complete audit assignments.
• Meetings: Attend meetings with management to discuss audit issues and to develop action plans.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, currently pursuing or recently graduated (within 6 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Skills:
• Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate across business units and to all levels of management.
• Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
