This high-impact role is pivotal for an Internal AI Specialist to deepen their expertise in AI and emerging technologies, while serving as an automation specialist, AI strategist, researcher, implementation lead, and trainer for the firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Identification: Identify best-in-class AI platforms and tools for internal use.
• Design: Design practical AI-driven workflows and solutions tailored to the firm’s needs.
• Training: Help employees, including executive leadership, to effectively leverage AI.
• Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing internal AI-driven solutions.
• Learning: Continuously develop technical skills in modern AI/ML technologies with guidance from senior team members.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a 3.7+ GPA from a leading university.
• Experience: Demonstrated top academic performance (1400+ SAT or 31+ ACT score).
• Skills: Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
• Bonus: Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies. Academic background in computer science, information systems, data science, or a similar technical field.
