Intern / VIE – People Development & Culture | LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics

The Tone:
This is an Internship / VIE position at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, located in New York, NY. The TL;DR
• Role: Internship / VIE
• Location: In-person, New York, NY
• Pay: $25–$30 hourly
• Team: People Development & Culture team, reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development & Culture, and collaborating with the People Engagement & Culture Partner.
• Mission: To support and advance talent development, organizational culture, and employee engagement initiatives across LVMH Beauty – North America, contributing to a robust talent ecosystem.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Career Development: Assist with the activation of Career Compass initiatives, including organizing Petit Career compass Café sessions and workshops, and collecting employee testimonials to promote internal growth and awareness.
• NextGen Engagement: Support NextGen talent engagement by helping to build and nurture community-focused initiatives designed to foster connection and development among emerging talent.
• Learning Programs: Aid in the coordination of a variety of learning and training programs, such as Learning Month activities, HR workshops, and RISE sessions, to enhance skill development across the beauty division.
• AI Enablement: Contribute to the strategic rollout and effective enablement of AI initiatives, ensuring comprehensive support and driving adoption throughout the division.
• Employee Experience: Coordinate various events and participate in internal communications and adoption campaigns designed to enhance the overall employee experience and drive participation in company programs.
• Program Effectiveness: Monitor and track engagement and return on investment (ROI) indicators to accurately measure the overall effectiveness of talent development and culture programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills through prior experience or academic projects.
• Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively, coupled with a sincere interest in talent development and organizational culture.
