What You’ll Actually Do
• Professional Development: Actively engage in learning the core responsibilities and daily functions pertinent to your desired professional path within various company departments, such as engineering or project management.
• Administrative Support: Execute essential administrative tasks and clerical duties to ensure the efficient functioning of office operations and support ongoing projects.
• Practical Application: Systematically integrate academic knowledge and theoretical frameworks acquired through your studies into practical, hands-on work assignments and company initiatives.
• Design Software Utilization: Apply technical skills by working directly with industry-standard design software, specifically AutoCAD or REVIT, for relevant project needs.
• Professional Collaboration: Provide direct support to and collaborate closely with senior professionals across various disciplines, contributing to their projects and gaining mentorship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be currently enrolled in an academic program (High School or University) and be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) for documentation, presentations, and data management.
• Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction; able to work self-directed and manage tasks without constant supervision; energetic and eager to actively engage with new projects and ideas; and a strong willingness to continuously learn and acquire new skills.
