This role is crucial for supporting the firm’s talent development programs and training initiatives, helping to foster professional growth and ensure the successful delivery of learning events for legal professionals. The intern will play an integral part in the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the firm’s global talent development efforts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Support: Support various aspects of talent development programs and training initiatives.
• Training Rollout: Assist with the preparation and firm-wide rollout of training programs and initiatives.
• Event Coordination: Provide logistical and coordination support for training and signature learning events, including scheduling, materials, and evaluation data synthesis.
• CLE/CPD Management: Manage the firm’s CLE/CPD program offerings by updating databases, maintaining accreditation documentation, and preparing application forms.
• Project Assistance: Contribute to additional talent development projects as assigned.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Early career individual with an interest in and curiosity about the legal professional services environment and learning and development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Bonus: Desired research skills and Internet search proficiency.
