LIFT Academy Admissions Intern | Republic Airways
The Tone:
This is a Fall 2026 internship position at Republic Airways, located onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Republic Airways is an airline operating within the aviation industry, committed to offering an internship program designed to prepare students for the workforce. This role provides resources to sharpen skills and make meaningful contributions within the LIFT Academy admissions department. This internship is critical in supporting the recruitment and outreach efforts for prospective students, directly impacting the future talent pipeline for aviation professionals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach & Recruitment: Attend various outreach and recruitment events to represent Republic Airways and the LIFT Academy, presenting specific company information to both internal and external groups.
• Facility Tours: Provide quality tours of company facilities to prospective students interested in the LIFT Academy and to Republic Airways employees.
• Event Coordination: Take responsibility for coordinating all onsite and offsite events for interns, as well as managing events for various other groups throughout the Company.
• Data Management: Proactively gather data and other essential information as requested to support admissions processes and departmental needs.
• Admissions Process Support: Gain valuable insight by observing the interview process for various groups throughout Talent Acquisition and collaborating with recruiters to determine the final status of candidate applications.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. This is an entry-level internship opportunity.
• Experience: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required, demonstrating academic capability.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; strong analytical skills for data interpretation; comfortable with public speaking and possessing proficient communication and presentation skills; adequate event planning skills; and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while also collaborating effectively within a business group.
