The Tone:
This is a temporary, seasonal internship at DHL Supply Chain, located within various U.S. and Canada warehouses or Supply Chain Support Centers. DHL Supply Chain is a key division of DHL Group, a global leader in providing logistics and supply chain management services. This role offers students the opportunity to develop leadership skills and business acumen through a structured program, contributing to real business improvements and building a professional network. Successful interns may be considered for full-time opportunities upon program completion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Collaboration: Work with fellow interns across North America on a Capstone Project to improve various business aspects for customers.
• Network Building: Establish a professional network with other interns and business leaders across all regions and business segments.
• Skill Development: Participate in webinars designed to enhance professional networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Executive Engagement: Interact with executives through a Speaker Series, providing opportunities to listen and ask questions.
• Capstone Presentation: Travel to Westerville, OH to present the Capstone Project to leadership teams at the Intern Capstone Event.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career position for a university/college student pursuing a 4-year degree program.
• Experience: Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year student in a university or college.
• Skills: Professional networking, effective communication, and strong presentation abilities.
