The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at ESA Media Collective, located on-site in Greater Boston. What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Provide direct support for day-to-day media and content operations within the collective.
• Project Assistance: Assist with conducting research for various projects and help prepare and organize materials for shoots or recordings.
• Content Development: Contribute to the creation of basic content drafts or outlines.
• Digital Management: Support social media or digital platform updates, maintain project documentation, and coordinate schedules.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate with team members, participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet creative and quality standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Be a current student or recent graduate in media, communications, marketing, film, or a related discipline. Demonstrate a strong interest in media, communications, or a related field, coupled with a desire to learn about digital content creation and production.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required for this full-time internship role.
• Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. Exhibit solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines. Be proficient with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, document editors, shared drives). Demonstrate comfort working on-site in Greater Boston and collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
• Bonus: Familiarity with basic media or design tools.
