What You’ll Actually Do
• Task Completion: Successfully complete a variety of daily tasks and specific projects as assigned by supervisors, ensuring all responsibilities are met.
• Timely Execution: Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner, consistently demonstrating the Cooper University Health Care Core Value qualities throughout your work.
• Professional Conduct: Consistently convey a positive attitude and exhibit self-motivation in all interactions and assigned duties, fostering a productive work environment.
• Final Reporting: Prepare, complete, and present a brief final report at the final team meeting, detailing key responsibilities undertaken and significant learning experiences gained during the internship.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in a degree program or possession of a college degree. Entry-Level.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required.
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, Strong oral and written communication skills, Computer literacy including comfort with Microsoft Office software and ability to work in multiple computer systems, Ability to work collaboratively in a team, Effective time management skills, Sound judgment.
• Bonus: Some prior experience in program assistance, healthcare, or customer service is preferred; Demonstrated ability to work well with people of various backgrounds, ethnicities, and life experiences.
