What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Health Assurance: Instill confidence in diverse organizations by contributing to the assurance of their financial health.
• Transactional Accounting: Engage directly in various transactional accounting processes for the firm.
• Financial Statement Contribution: Assist with the Firm’s Financial Statement package, gaining exposure to comprehensive reporting.
• Analysis and Reporting: Perform essential financial analysis and prepare reports to support internal accounting functions.
• Professional Development: Collaborate closely with experienced accountants performing full-cycle accounting, gaining practical experience and mentorship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursue a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, demonstrating strong academic success with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: Exhibit strong performance and high achievement, as evidenced by resume content and active involvement in campus activities.
• Skills:
• Develop and apply problem-solving abilities to complex financial scenarios.
• Demonstrate precision and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.
• Conduct basic financial analysis to inform reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports based on financial data.
