The Tone:
This is an internship at KPMG, offering a hybrid or remote U.S. work location. This role is crucial for enabling modernization and innovation across specialized technology systems, directly contributing to KPMG’s internal digital transformation efforts within Digital Nexus.

• Mission: Support internal technology initiatives by contributing to assessment, research, and delivery activities that enable modernization and innovation across specialized systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Initiative Support: Contribute to assessment, research, and delivery activities for internal technology initiatives, driving modernization and innovation across specialized systems.
• Transformation Readiness: Assist in evaluating governance structures, design approaches, and value realization metrics to assess digital transformation readiness for Niche applications.
• Technology Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends relevant to Niche applications, synthesizing insights to inform solution design and future opportunities.
• Solution Delivery: Support the end-to-end delivery of Niche digital solutions by contributing to design, development, testing, deployment preparation, and post-deployment support under senior guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Management, Marketing, Operations, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Change, or an equivalent program.
• Experience: Current or most recent GPA of 3.0 or above; understanding of business processes and information management concepts, with exposure to project management methodologies.
• Skills: Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent communication, time management, and emerging leadership skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bonus: Ability to apply business process, information management, and project management principles in a structured, collaborative technology environment.
