Intern – Construction Management | Hensel Phelps

What You’ll Actually Do
• Subcontractor Management: Assist with managing subcontractor activities.
• Submittal Review: Contribute to processes for reviewing project submittals.
• RFI Development: Support the development of Requests for Information.
• Field Operations: Participate in layout and surveying activities.
• Daily Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily project reports.
• Quality & Safety: Support quality control initiatives and adherence to the safety plan.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates are preferred to be pursuing a 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience: Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite, is required. No specific years of prior experience are mentioned.
