• Mission: This intern will manage aircraft parts inventory and assist with daily administrative and operational tasks to support flight operations and maintenance.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Management: Assist with tracking, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive aircraft parts inventory.
• Accuracy Assurance: Conduct routine audits of inventory records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Storage Organization: Label, stock, and systematically organize aircraft parts within designated storage areas.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate proactively with maintenance personnel to ensure the timely availability of required parts for operations.
• Technical & Administrative Support: Provide support for sensor installations and removals, alongside assisting with various daily administrative tasks and observing aviation operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience is required; candidates must be currently enrolled in community college courses, a college degree program, or a formal continuing education program.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Skills: Strong work ethic with a focus on quality results; effective communication skills for collaborating with all organizational levels; a highly motivated, self-starting, and problem-solving attitude.
• Bonus: Academic focus on aviation operations or maintenance strongly preferred; a valid state driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle check.
