Intern – F&B Administration | Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City
The Tone:
This is an internship at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, located in Atlantic City, NJ. This role offers a valuable opportunity to immerse yourself in the casino and hospitality industry. As an Intern, you will gain practical experience and contribute to the operations that enhance our guests’ experience. Your work will be vital in supporting our administrative functions within Food & Beverage, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.

• Team: Reports to a site supervisor within the F&B Administration department.
• Mission: To complete tasks and responsibilities that provide an educational experience and benefit the organization and its guests.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Educational Participation: Actively engage in a structured educational program, participating in productive activities across the casino/hospitality industry.
• Operational Support: Execute administrative tasks and responsibilities that directly support the organization and contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Professional Communication: Communicate proactively and professionally with your site supervisor and other company professionals to optimize learning and achieve professional results.
• Program Compliance: Fulfill all agreed-upon contract hours as mandated by your academic institution’s internship program.
• Service Excellence: Uphold and demonstrate the Company’s core Mission and Values through your actions and behaviors daily, showcasing exceptional guest service skills.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program, or have graduated within the past six months.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential; ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to obtain a Casino Employee Registration from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a Food and Beverage setting is helpful.
