What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a structured internship experience across ELO’s Audit, Tax, and Client Accounting Services practice areas.
• Assist: Help team members with client engagements, projects, and service-related activities.
• Support: Contribute to project objectives and complete assigned tasks for engagement teams.
• Collaborate: Work with team members across various departments, service lines, and office locations.
• Communicate: Demonstrate accountability for assigned responsibilities and proactively share progress and questions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Completion of sophomore-level coursework or Intermediate Accounting coursework preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Bonus: Previous internship or work experience in accounting, finance, or a professional services environment; familiarity with accounting software and technology tools; involvement in accounting, finance, or business-related student organizations; interest in pursuing CPA licensure.
