What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile Accounts: Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Analyze Finances: Manage and complete balance sheet fluctuation analysis.
• Assist Close: Help with the business unit accounting close process.
• Audit Support: Support the financial statement audit performed by external auditors.
• Project Assistance: Support other special projects, including the company’s ERP implementation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a degree in Accounting.
• Experience: No prior professional experience explicitly required.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail, good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
